I currently hold a field based role to proactively manage and retain a portfolio of mid to large market experience rated private medical insurance customers valued at approximately £13.5 million. My customers typically cover between 300-2500 employees. Through developing and maintaining relationships with intermediaries and customers on a face to face tripartite or direct basis. Identifying new business… Show more I currently hold a field based role to proactively manage and retain a portfolio of mid to large market experience rated private medical insurance customers valued at approximately £13.5 million. My customers typically cover between 300-2500 employees. Through developing and maintaining relationships with intermediaries and customers on a face to face tripartite or direct basis. Facing off to business partners from senior manager to director level. Identifying new business opportunities with both new and existing customers through proactive consultation is a key strength and part of my role. I Agree and set objectives with customers for the development of our mutual portfolio and set measurable targets to enable these to be met. I Retain and grow an existing portfolio profitably through analysis of management information providing risk assessment and consultative advise to help mitigate future risk and offer focus based solutions based on customer needs to demonstate added value and long term stability of healthcare cost. My role also consist of managing the relationship with a panel of intermediaries to support both Bupa’s and their own business needs.
