Building an ecosystem engagement strategy for DS4E: partnering with K-12 school districts and curriculum partners to advance data science education so that every K-12 student is equipped with the data literacy skills needed to succeed in our modern world.

Establishes strategic partnerships to create brand awareness, reach target audiences, and scale SAS’s education outreach initiatives, which are focused on data literacy and coding across K-12. Additionally, maintain relationships with advocates nationally at the school, district, and state level to endorse, adopt, and implement SAS’s K12 education products.

Supported the usage and adoption of SAS’s philanthropic education product for K-12, SAS® Curriculum Pathways, with a customer base of four million users. In addition to her primary work in the US, she assisted SAS country offices with global implementations and outreach efforts. She also facilitated discussions with partners, easing access to SAS’s education products for educators in the US and around the world.Lee Ellen originally joined SAS in 2008 to sell Curriculum Pathways, when it was a fee-based product, and also managed sales of traditional SAS software for teaching and research in higher education.
