I have been instrumental in assisting clients in addressing a number of challenges, including managing ‘lock-up’ to improve cash position, advising on succession planning and profit sharing arrangements, and suggesting various measures to improve overall performance. I have considerable experience of both partnerships and LLPs and I lead the audits of a number of Lubbock Fine’s law firm clients.As joint head of our not for profit sector group, I act for broad variety of charities and regularly attend trustee meetings to present financial statements and provide advice on governance matters.I enjoy working with my clients, who are mostly owners and senior executives. While getting to understand their businesses, motivations and finance requirements over a period of time, I offer external insight to their business plans and strategies.
