Using modern digital marketing analysis and techniques, I develop digital strategy and drive web-based lead generation for our global sales teams across our www.Exova.com web presence, social channels and e-marketing campaigns.I manage all of our web-facing properties, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across the Group, and work closely with our global business stakeholders to source and produce engaging content and marketing tools for use in the digital environment.I'm heavily involved in website optimisation, both from SEO and CRO perspectives, and perform technical and content SEO as well as in-depth analytical reporting, communicating results and insights to the highest levels of the business.

As a gatekeeper to the corporate internet communication channel, I currently manage content and design updates on Exova.com and Exova.org (our internal intranet). I also handle general administration of the content management system, advise content stakeholders on SEO best practice, and analyse the traffic statistics, producing a monthly Analytics dashboard report, as well as drawing particular insights from behavioural trends seen in the figures.Linked to my Training role, I also oversee the design and delivery of training content for the internal e-learning platform, Exova Learn.

As the sole Trainer for the company, it is my responsibility to perform training needs analysis, produce documentation, training scripts, training materials, user guides and technical manuals, and deliver training courses and ongoing coaching to the European sectors. I liaise with management to provide staff training on our IT systems, such as Sage CRM, and to refine business processes around the use of the software available to them.Coming from an IT support and service provision background, I have an excellent knowledge of IT systems in general, and can easily get to grips with new software, translating often complex instructions and concepts into an easy-to-understand format across many types of media.Classroom training, one to one coaching, virtual classroom training and e-learning development and management are my primary skills. I also produce interactive training modules with video assets, using Camtasia Studio.In this role I have helped implement a new E-Learning platform, Exova Learn, and have constantly pushed the use of technology and the internet to further staff training and knowledge, enabling a more skilled and productive work force.
