I work closely with the development team and senior management to ensure we are focused on developing a coherent product that provides a high value service to the customer whilst ensuring this fits within the company’s business strategy. • Identify customer needs and ways to add value to the product• Creating detailed specs and UX models• QA and acceptance testing• Documentation creation• Partner education and training

• Responsible for all Internal IT operations• EPOS customization improvement and testing• Disaster recovery and business continuity assurance• Management of key IT supplier relationships• Supporting the helpdesk with 4th line issues• Project management and delivery• Automation efforts leading to significant labour savings and reduction in helpdesk calls• Migration to Office 365• CRM migration and implementation• Remote desktop rollout for 3.5k machines• Server consolidation via VM• Quality assurance

Responsible for IT and POS operations for head office and 160 Remote clubs.
