I am currently an IT Manager for a vehicle finance company working in Grimsby. I'm responsible for a team consisting of team leaders, support technicians & software developers, 16 in total.As well as the daily running of the department, I also review and write policies; policies for Data Governance, Change Control, Data Assurances, and more. Every month I will deliver KPI stats for the support team. I work on business development projects both on the project management side to help developers deliver their goals and software development. I get involved in the higher priority support tickets that come to the helpdesk and if a system issue arises, I will assist the team when necessary to diagnose and resolve the issue.

Fixing, creating and updating existing software systems and solutions for day to day business operations. Coding in VB6 but also coding systems in VB.Net, HTML, ASP Classic, jQuery.I also work as part of a support team to support the company with IT issues.
