Performed Development responsibilities for this non-profit agency offering therapeutic horseback-riding program and shelter for at-risk youth. Duties included marketing, advertising, public relations, media relations, event planning and management, fundraising, and volunteer recruitment. Served as community liaison and presentation speaker with civic groups, individuals and corporate representatives to secure funding. Developed numerous fundraising and development programs. Non-profit faced lay-offs.

Responsibilities for this Public Relations/Advertising firm included benefits administration for staff members. Served as member of Management Committee providing human resources guidance; provided planning for company events including retreats; developed and implemented intern program which included recruitment, hiring, training and management of year-round intern staff of 30+. Developed and implemented orientation program for all new hires; provided recruitment of professional account and administrative staff; provided administration for Novell network (25 devices) and telephone system; provided vendor negotiation; budget preparation and reconciliation; provided PR project management on events for clients including: Magiannos Little Italy grand opening, State of the City Breakfast, Planet Hollywood, Hard Rock Cafe, American Cancer Society 1996 Celebration of Life and 1997 Relay for Life.

Responsibilities for this international engineering firm included recruitment, training, and day-to-day supervision of support staff of 25+; HR functions including: benefits administration; workers compensation; health and safety program; 401(k) program; management of all office functions including Novell network (120+ devices) and AT&T Definity (120+ extensions) system's administration; vendor evaluations, negotiation and accounts payable for office expenses including budget preparation and reconciliation; negotiation, design and installation supervision of AT&T Definity Telephone System; project management of 8,000 square foot expansion including lease negotiation, design of space, move coordination and construction supervision; and development and implementation of numerous employee morale improvement systems including planning of all company sponsored events and meetings. Responsibilities for this commercial real estate firm included supervision of support staff. Post-merger, (10/92) managed sublease of Royal LePage space, transition of accounts, equipment, and furniture; served as out-placement counselor and recruiter for existing Royal LePage staff.
