I’ve spent the last 5 years in Healthcare Technology in the UK and North America markets. For over 25 years I’ve built a proven track record building innovative business, particularly where there has been underserved needs, where curiosity, desire to drive change and create measurable impact has been fulfilled.At Nourish, I built the marketing engine at £4M ARR and <60 employees, with 3 people in Marketing. Now navigating to 225 employees, whilst increasing our impact from 35,000 people supported using our system to 400,000. I’ve led several initiatives which have contributed strongly to the ARR growth of the business. These include a full rebrand, bringing Demand Generation in house with positive LTV/CAC impact, uplifting the share of voice from 16% to consistently over 70%, building out the marketing team and adding its operational excellence and delivering measured impact across the business. I was a key figure in integration of two businesses post M&A and advocated cultural initiatives to drive growth. One principal problem to solve was the overall tech stack and the needed end to end CRM system rip and replace.After collaborating to landing this, I drove initiatives to resolve CRM/TAM data issues and then worked on the broader TAM model and new markets / adjacencies with Product to identify long term value.
