Moodle's open source Learning Management System is the world's most widely adopted education technology, used in 190+ countries and languages by more than 180,000 schools, universities and businesses with registered sites.Reporting to the CEO, I led Engineering, Product and Commercial for all Moodle products delivered by Moodle's Cloud Services ecosystem, representing around a third of all registered Moodle instances globally.

CourseGenius was the first Learning Management System (LMS) in market globally with a smartphone-led (small screen) learning experience.I led CourseGenius' product journey from MVP to adoption by hundreds of companies globally prior to an exit in 2019.

I led LawCPD's engineering and tech product from MVP to its current market-leading position as Australia's largest, longest running, nationally accredited legal education provider.

At Bankwest I managed IT Projects facing into the eCommerce and Retail portfolios. I worked directly with senior management on strategic projects central to organisational growth, and learned a lot about software engineering, project delivery and people leadership.
