I've been licensed to practice law for almost 18 years. I have a general law practice, handling both civil and criminal cases with a focus on wrongful death, personal injury, commercial litigation, fraud, and bad faith insurance cases. I have over 20 years’ experience as a business and political consultant, in which time he has represented clients on the local, state, and international levels. Along with my J.D. I have earned M.B.A. from the University of Tennessee and an M.A. in Behavioral Sciences from Morehead State University and a B.A. from the University of Kentucky. I am a member of the Alabama Bar, the West Virginia Bar, as well as the Bar of the District of Columbia. I have also practiced Pro Hac Vice in both State and Federal Courts around the country. As a result of my successful law practice, over the past five consecutive years I have been named one of Diana citizens of my life the American Trial Lawyers Association’s Top 100 Trial Lawyers for the state of Alabama.Since graduating from college, I've worked to educate others by sharing my knowledge, and insight. I have worked as a college and university instructor, guest lecturer, and have developed and taught numerous continuing education courses.With my unique background, I have gained extensive knowledge about law, business, and dealing with people in high-pressure situations.
