Twenty four plus years experience working within the South West Water Information Services Department and since October 2018 working as Pennon Group IT, supporting South West Water, Pennon Water Services and Pennon.Previously managed a Service Delivery team comprising of a Service Operations Team responsible for providing stable and supported IT services in accordance to ITIL principles to employees and a Service Assurance and Transition Team tasked to improve service transition processes and to deliver an effective service assurance function.My current role is Corporate Applications Manager, managing an Application Assurance team providing third line critical application support and database administration, a Solution Delivery team and a Data and Business Intelligence team. In addition I also have 2 Project Managers reporting to me.
