Freshweb is a digital agency producing websites, email marketing, eLearning, online games and digital presentations. My role at Freshweb was extremely varied and being a small company I wore many hats. I was responsible for Freshweb's people, product and profit. I was managed staff and work schedules as well as setting company goals, determining resource needs, budgets and company procedures.

As a digital account manager at Freshweb I managed a portfolio of clients and the delivery of online campaigns. My role involved pitch work, taking client briefs and coordinating internal and external resources to deliver projects on time and on budget. My client portfolio included Vodafone, Optus, Oil Search, Symantec, Toyota, CBA, Nestle and Bankwest.

Print Media Group (PMG) is a commercial off-set and digital printer. As an account manager at PMG I managed a client portfolio and delivered print solutions including brochures, posters, stationery, point-of-sale, specialty products and business forms. My client portfolio included Northern Sydney Area Health, Goodman Fielder, Laverty Pathology and OPSM.
