As a key member of the Global WPP HR Transformation Programme, my role involves overseeing the delivery of several critical strategic projects. Responsible for prototyping and project managing the development of HR systems, tools, and processes across MediaCom globally.Managed the design & development of an automated employee mobility program designed to provide visibility of the employee relocation process tailored to each individual. Additionally, I redesigned and developed a social learning management platform with over 700 individual pieces of learning content tailored to the user profile and function within the business.In addition I was responsible for leading the redesign and development of the online employee 360 performance process, including 9 box calibration and talent mapping. What started as a 3 month rolling contract to assist Sapient with their Internal recruitment across the London office quickly moved into a year freelance and then a full time role. The UK internal team has grown from 5 to 12 within the space of a couple of years.I have extensively recruited across all levels from associate to director and above as well as across all domains from creative to planning, from technology to account management and beyond. With the acquisition of Nitro to become "SapientNitro" the recruitment team grew to manage with the large volume of hires across the business with a core focus of recruiting roles to match the new business offering due to the acquisition. Full responsibility and autonomy for managing internal stakeholders expectations (Within Europe, US and India) with regards to recruitment and sourcing strategies, as well being actively engaged with recruitment marketing externally to networking events and internal referral campaigns leading to recruiter of the year 2010 award.
