Responsible to ensure smooth migration of SAP between data centres on to a new modified configuration, with complete master data and stock transfer across twelve plants and fifteen warehouses.

NSG was founded in 1918 and acquired Pilkington PLC in June 2006, operating out of 30 countries and employs around 27,000 employees worldwide. I was engaged on a main EDI project and then rapidly progressed onto a new project to redesign the ‘make to order’ process for new glass designs. I took ownership for the gathering of requirements through liaising with senior level stakeholders and utilised my extensive technical skills in SD to mould the new solution. Drove multiple project lifecycles and led the ‘train the trainer’ exercises to ensure the dissemination of vital SAP knowledge to the business users.  Implemented a new ‘make to order’ process to drive new model introductions.  Delivered significant improvements to the scheduling agreement EDI dataflow for satellite warehouse transactions, providing transparency for shipping and material forecasts.  Played a pivotal role in supporting a major SAP rollout in Brazil including designing output documents such as invoices and nota fiscal.

OM Group is a technology-driven diversified industrial company providing innovative technologies to various organisations spanning the automotive, aerospace and renewable energy sectors. I progressed onto a key engagement on a Transport Management Project to build a new interface between SAP and a transport management company, acting as Functional Consultant and Project Manager. Liaised with Odeyssey Logistics key stakeholders across Europe and Asia to assist in the designing of a two-way interface linking SD, MM and FI. Drove the development and implementation of the new interface across tactical plants in France, Germany, Singapore, Taiwan and Malaysia.  Implemented an automated and streamlined SAP process which automatically booked transport and generated MIRO invoice, leading to efficiency reductions in FTE’s.

I was initially engaged by OM Group on a major implementation of SD and MM for operations in France and Germany then subsequently allocated project management responsibility for the French project. Managed a team of PP, MM, FICO consultants and developers to draw out the solution and aligned project plans with the Project Manager of the German project. Took ownership for configuring SD for order and billing functionality, utilising LSMW to migrate all legacy data into the new SAP system.  Introduced a robust SAP SD/MM solution into France which enabled the decommissioning of old dated legacy systems. Returned the business back to a fully supported ERP solution.

Fredericks Dairies was an ice cream manufacturer which was acquired by R&R Ice Cream in April 2013 for a reported sum of £49m; the company still has a main plant located within the North West. I joined the organisation on a short term adhoc contract to develop a new warehouse management IDOC interface between SAP and an external data warehouse management system. Oversaw the blueprinting of the IDOC’s required to interface SAP with the Dutch warehousing system and liaised with the development team to coordinate coding, testing and production deployment. • Coordinated the production deployment of the new EDI interface.

Titan Consultancy is a leading SAP consultancy company offering a range of service to corporate clients including project management and strategic planning. I acted as UK SAP Practice Leader to report project activities to the US Vice President (SAP) and operated in a dual role of SAP Consultant and Project Manager. Responsible for driving the delivery of multiple SAP implementations and delivered all the SD and MM configuration. Chaired steering group meetings with key stakeholders to report progress and oversaw the production deployments including roll-back plans.  Led a £800k project to deliver a new SAP ECC6 350 user implementation for Ascertiva Group who provide training, certification and products to electrical and gas contractors. Spearheaded the SD, WM and MM aspects for OM Group on a number of key projects spanning various locations across the UK, US, Canada and France.  Provided expert consultancy services around sales, billing, EDI and shipping for a number of leading clients including Fredericks Dairies, CEL International, Fidessa and Fraser & Fraser.

FMCG Plastic packaging manufacturer. Projects, configuration, developments, training and second line SAP support for 400 users across nine sites in Europe, reporting to the European IT Director. Development work involves blue printing and SAP configuration prior to test and acceptance primarily in the SD & WM modules and working with a third party RF scanning & RFid tagging system (from Psion Teklogix) interfaced to SAP. Also experience in MM, PP as interfacing modules.As a leader of the Business Analyst team my skills in organisation, diplomacy and presentations are also used to their best along with assistance on general IT issues such as performance reporting, support agreements, SOX auditing, SAP Steering Group preparation.
