Social media, networking events and article and blog writing to promote Yorkshire as a destination and glamping as a concept.

The RAM Fleet Vehicle Tracking system delivers precise vehicle movements in real time through the internet to the clients PC to provide vehicle tracking.I was responsible for the management, leadership and coaching of a team of up to 11 telemarketers and resourcers. The primary function of the role was to train new and existing members of the telemarketing team in the sales process. Other responsibilities included resource management, human resource development, performance / talent management and the management of recruitment and selection; which included the development of an induction programme for new team members. My role also saw me construct processes for Health & Safety, ensuring safe working practices throughout the business.I was also responsible for the company's blogging and social media.Working closely with the Directors of the business my aim was to advance the quality standards and promote continuous improvement and change within the company, contributing to the achievement of the organisations objectives.
