I help non profit organizations harness the power of data. Whether an organization is interested in taking the first steps towards building a streamlined data collection system, or is already collecting data and wants more sophisticated ways to visualize and analyze them, I and the other members of the Tech Impact data services team would love to help. Tech Impact is dedicated to one thing: putting technology know-how in the hands of nonprofits. We want to ensure that all nonprofits can use technology to expand the reach and impact of their work.

Developed and managed account relationships, managed product packaging projects, developed customer relationship tracking mechanism, worked with firm on website refresh, developed product costing models, coordinated event participation.

Worked on the NIH / NSF sponsored STAR METRICS initiative, a partnership between science agencies and universities to document the outcomes of science investments to the public. I worked in all key aspects of the outreach segment of the effort, including recruitment of participants, managing relationships with over 100 major universities, content creation and event planning. As outreach coordinator, provided support to research institutions in the introduction through data reporting phases. Accomplishments include coordinating technical resources such as website delivery and data analytics, as well as deliverables design, creation and implementation of institutional support process, and data validation and analysis.Other work has included collaboration site design, documentation, process design, customer outreach.

Began career as CAD/CAM marketing specialist; held positions in client sales, consulting services sales, and industry marketing. Focused on manufacturing and chemical industry. Achieved 14 100% Clubs for exceeding sales objectives and one Golden Circle.While at IBM, I managed technical and consulting solutions delivery for clients and developed marketing strategies, website creation and programs for new business segments. As a senior relationship manager, spent large part of career writing proposals, coordinating resources from multiple organizations, gaining commitment to the project, building a successful implementation team, while maintaining a strong relationship with the client based upon mutual benefits and trust.
