Great to see you here! I am Yeng, a passionate youth who has been cultivating leadership since high school. I am a person with strong ambition to become chief executive officer in the future. So, I keep striving for excellence by exploring more opportunities and accumulating more skills to enrich myself. I immerse myself in an environment where I can constantly challenge and further develop myself. 'Nothing is impossible, only man who can't' is the principle that I have been sticking to all my life.Besides, I aspire to be an influencer who can make a positive impact on people. Building leadership and driving them toward something great has always been my passion. That's why I joined AIESEC as it provides me the platform to show the direct influence of my actions on people around me and promote the change in my communities.I believe that the most powerful organizations are those whose employees feel connected to each other and their work. Thus, I am here to help organizations build employer brands, and help young leaders to build this connection through uniquely designing training, workshops, coaching and keynotes by AIESEC events.
