As a highly adaptive person I enjoy taking on new challenges I can learn from and taking them up a notch. As evidence of this, I have taken on job opportunities in the USA and my home country, Chile. I have experience in a wide variety of areas within organizations, including management, operations, finance, HR, IT and commercial sales. While my strategical and analytical nature paves the road to accurate and realistic planning, my innate leadership and people skills have allowed me to excel at team building and involvement, securing goal alignment among departments and the organization as a whole for strategic plan execution. One of my greatest assets is the ability to identify underlying issues and facilitate finding the best solutions. My resourcefulness aids in carrying out my responsibilities and those of the team I manage in the most efficient manner. I am a strong believer in the need to know what motivates people, as well as their strengths and weaknesses, in order to set relationships up for success in all aspects of life.
