As an organisation some of our key work involves utilising our expertise in the design and build of end-to-end GPON networks for supporting the construction of true full fibre (FTTH) networks for various AltNet providers including notable involvement in providing FTTH solutions within the new build property sector. As such we have in one instance established and operate a UK wide FTTH network that has seen an over 80% take-up of customers within the catchment areas in which it operates with continued exponential growth expected over the next 2-3 years. We are also involved in providing our expertise in the establishment of new AltNet providers as this industry works to support current Government targets for gigabit services to homes and businesses.We also operate our own provider network to businesses across one of the largest cities in the UK, providing services to customers traditionally over a microwave radio access network in areas where customers would otherwise be without service, with ongoing transition to fibre to offer greater service to our customers.I operate as the technical lead for the design and implementation of network solutions as part of the UK rail infrastructure, providing public wireless network services to stations and serving the millions of travellers across the UK annually.As one who has always worn many hats, I have the extended role of delivering presales for new sales opportunities with responsibility to the delivery of multi-vendor product solutions and solution design, and determining the relevant support offering needed for each proposal.As well as traditionally holding certification under various vendors, I have certified under Huawei certification in support of establishing the company as the UK's first and only five-star Channel Service Partner for IP Networks in the UK. Involvement in the development of proposals for project acquisition to one of Malaysia’s largest banks. As a technical instructor I have been responsible for projects supporting the training of telecoms staff, in order to raise the capability of engineers to support an RM11.3bil Juniper involved migration for the Telekom Malaysia (TM) national 'UNIFI' HSBB upgrade. Trained a multitude of Malaysian local and multinational companies in network technologies including VoIP, IPsec VPN, firewalls and various service provider technologies, with responsibility for generating training revenue in excess of RM250’000.
