Responsible for the financial, administrative, and operational management of a medium sized not-for-profit organization that provides community based programs and services. Manage 30 employees that deliver childcare services at two facilities, 10 weeks of summer camps servicing 240 children, 13 ongoing fitness programs for adults in the community, and facility management and rentals for 2 buildings and 2 parks. Provide strategic guidance to the volunteer board of directors in the handling of legal/human resource issues, 3-year strategic plan development, and partner relationship management. Delivered crisis management services during 2021 COVID19 outbreaks that impacted operations. Established standard operating procedures to stabilize the organization, maintain staffing levels, deliver critical services and grow program participation. Ensured the security of the organization's not-for-profit status. Successfully negotiated a contract with a school board for a multi-year rental agreement.
