I am a Platform Engineer of the site and I have build and design (structure) everything from scratch when I first started there 8 years ago.I have programmed everything from scratch starting from the admin functions, the staff functions, the calculator that relies on a static javascript (the values are built by the staff using the staff functions) and most of the user pages. There is another programmer, a system admin, a project manager and a designer that is working with the project but most of the programming part is done by me.Later on, the site was converted to Yii but I am still one of the 2 lead developer of the site and I am also the current project manager of the Legacy system.As the project manager, it is my duty to communicate with my clients and discuss features that my clients wants to implement on the site. It is also my duty to track all the tasks, assigned them to the other programmer, the designer, the systems admin or to me. I am also responsible in checking the tasks that the other members completed and judge if these are worthy to be pushed to the live site and to make sure that there's no bugs on the site too.This is an ongoing project and you can read more about it's features by browsing the site.

I have been the project manager of the Burb Blurb project and later on became the lead developer too.The site is originally coded on Codeigniter but when I took over the lead developer task, my clients asked me to convert them to use the Yii framework and I managed to convert the whole site from CI to Yii when I only have basic understanding of CI which is one of my recent accomplishment that I am very proud of.I have lead the team of 2 developer (including myself), a designer, a quality assurance / tester team mate and I have been in direct communication with my clients for changes / features that they want on the site.The site is currently on closed beta so only those with invites / access logins can view it and if you are interested in checking it out, I can ask my clients if I can share the access login with you, just send me a message.

I am the lead programmer and project manager of zonejudo.com. My duties include:- monitoring of all the other programmers that my client employs- assigning tasks to my client's programmers- reviewing the work of other programmers- providing resources related to the task- making sure that each tasks is done on a timely manner- making sure that the tasks are distributed properly and the task is assigned to the programmer with the correct skill set.- communicating with my client's clients. Discussing projects proposals, dealing with clients' problems, discussing options and improvements for their site.For my lead programmer task, please see my other portfolio entriesI have been working for this particular client for almost 3 years now and we only communicate via email. My client is so busy that he don't want to use Instant Messaging softwares as it delays his other work but we never had any problem with this kind of communication (though he sends me an SMS in case there is an emergency and I am not online to answer his email).

Our Company is an outsourcing company and my current project is the site Geardigger.com (http://www.geardigger.com/) where i create the whole site from scratch starting from the CMS of the site, to the payment system to paypal, the time build pages and everything that is needed for the site except for the layout which is also outsourced by my client to another company.
