Provide direct support to financial applications as assigned- Prepares proposals and recommendations for management action- Supports and implementing computer based systems within the Corporation including but not limited to:Ticket Tracer, autoChalk, Payment Manager- Write and modify computer programs using the appropriate development and support tools including: SQL Server Management Studio, Crystal Reports, Microsoft Visual Studio- Prepare and modify system, job, program and operating documentation according to corporate standards- Respond to, and resolve system and production failures with the parking ticket system, and other systemsas required- Perform project roles as assigned, including but not limited to Business Analysis and Project Management- Provide training, advice and guidance to staff in regards to problem resolution, future upgrade paths, andany other requests for software improvements- Monitor, query, and troubleshoot database issues as they relate to the associated applications using SQLServer Management Studio- Create and maintain documentation for existing systems and new systems as they are implemented- Perform Business Analysis and Project Management roles as assigned
