Collaborated with the Shift Representatives to establish Value Stream Map of the production from 1.2 RPW (Run per week) to 1.8 RPW which includes identifying and resolving resource constraints through balancing of line manning and several improvement ideas.Standardized the workflow of continuous improvement KAIZEN ideas which allowed the status of KAIZEN ideas to be readily tracked and visible till the completion of the workflow. Trained and performed end-to-end operations from fermentation to purification including buffer and media preparations on the daily basis. Qualified as a trainer for all main production operations from fermentation to purification.

Assisted in the completion of Ambient Water-For-Injection (AWFI) Hot Water Sanitization Frequency Reduction project as part of Lean Production System (LPS) initiative and potentially saved S$60,000/year and freed up 468 man hours for value added activities.

Implemented SOP tracking log to provide oversight on the status of SOP reviews, trainingand documentation to ensure traceability to the overall Quality Management System.Appointed as an overall training platform administrator to set up and maintain trainingcurriculums to ensure 100% training compliance from all associates.Introduced new SOP into the local operating system to align with the global directivesand resolve gaps found in the periodical review.

Performed indirect calorimetry measurement and consolidated experimental data of both the resting and after-fed metabolic rate readings over 20 research participants.Administered participants with precise food intakes and monitored the experiment to ensure uninterrupted collection of metabolic flexibility results from the participants. Managed administrative tasks which involved recruitment, interview and health screening for eligible candidates.
