Wellbeing Program ManagementResponsible for directing, managing and administering all the activities, resources and components that comprise the WSSC MyLife Wellbeing Wellness Program. The Manager is responsible for creating, promoting and supporting the health and wellbeing of WSSC employees through new programming strategies that focus on the improved wellbeing and productivity of the entire WSSC Workforce to include; development of new programming, based on needs assessment and risks, measuring the program’s success, recommending changes and providing overall direction, and putting the human back in human resources & wellbeing. As the Manager I report activities to Senior HR Leadership, and manage all the wellbeing vendor/ partner relationships that make up the programming ensuring that all business goals and objectives are reached.Wellbeing Business Development.
