MetLife 360 Health is the first ecosystem of its kind in proactive health management for an insurer. My role was to bring the idea from inception to outcomes - via tools to MetLife customers, fund partners and members / employees with a focus on physical, social and mental health. While focusing on these three key areas, the goal was to lead the mental health and resilience space, creating workforces where people thrive. As pioneers in this space, the role was about;► genuinely helping to build resilience, protect lifestyles and effect major change in the way mental health is managed in the workplace► changing the way mental health is stigmatized in Australia and offering evidence based preventative solutions to this rising health issue. I was fortunate enough to work with the Black Dog Institute and Beyond Blue locally, and leading researchers, wellbeing startups and new technology players globally to bring the vision to life.
