Create a modern marketing support organization. Change from mere list pulling to consultative analysis, response based marketing with response analysis.Began statistical based scoring, built P/L estiamte for each account, started a marketing database.Created back-office ops for an insurance pilot.(test market)

We planned the fuel buy, and new capital investments for the corporation, business expansion and investment planning. Provide regulatory filings, analysis for utility rate cases. Statistical based logististics planning mostly with financial analysis on the impact of decisions.Doing this work gave me most of the course work of an MBA, without the paper.
