Much of his work has focused on isolating the market effects of a component of a larger, complex product for purposes of damages apportionment and to identify the causal impact of the alleged harm.Dr. Lee has a reputation for clear oral and written communication, distilling complex economic ideas into concise insights. In Canada, he has testified before the Federal Court, and he has worked on matters before the Federal Court, Provincial Superior Courts, the Competition Bureau, and the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC). In the US, Dr. Lee has worked on matters before US District Courts, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and the Federal Maritime Commission.
