I’ve now retired after 25 years as a CFO and prior to that, 20 years as a CPA and in-house accountant specializing in income taxes. I am so thankful for the many people who have helped shape my career and helped me to progress. I’m better because of having worked with all the many wonderful, talented and really sharp people. I feel very blessed for the successes I’ve had and hopefully learned all that I could from the failures. Thank you to all who have been a part of my journey.In retirement, I’m focusing on a lot more time with my wonderful family. But I’m also renewing my interest in those things that I’ve put off for years; a little more fly fishing, a lot more snow skiing, and developing in a couple of artistic pursuits. I'm looking forward to what’s next!

CfoAction Target, Inc. Jan 2005 - Feb 2010Action Target is a government contractor which manufactures shooting ranges for police departments and military installations throughout the world. My responsibilities included traditional CFO duties involved in budgeting, accounting and other administration. I re-built the accounting systems from the ground up. More recently I secured a new bonding relationship for company projects and secured State approvals to finance a new manufacturing plant with a tax-free, municipal bond. Finally I was successful in re-capitalizing the company using a private equity sponsor which provided the capital to grow the business and advance to the next level. -
