Technical Consultation and Security Services:* Provide technical consultation and solutions for Proof of Concept (POC) and after-sales projects, achieving a 100% implementation success rate and a 100% POC success rate.* Offer security services including Incident Response, Vulnerability Assessment, and Managed Detection & Response.* Instruct Sangfor Security Products training for Associate and Professional Certification.Deployment and Troubleshooting:* Manage the deployment, configuration, and installation of networking devices, ensuring over 95% of POC and implementation projects are completed within 25 days.* Provide level 2/3 remote and onsite troubleshooting to resolve customer issues, ensuring business recovery within SLA requirements.* Perform network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, and security configurations.
