I started Naylor Wintersgill straight from A levels on a modern apprenticeship. I completed both AAT and ACA during my employment here and steadily worked my way up the company ladder as my experience and the company grew.At the time of leaving I was one of 4 managers assisting the 7 partners with the work flow and staff. The role involved managing a client portfolio of SME's (icluding audits) as well as managing a team of staff and reviewing their work.
