It's all about the client. My goal as a Certified Retirement Counselor (R) is to make the hard decision easy. I start by listening to each of my clients unique situation, once I have collected all the necessary info I go to work for them. Me and my team at the Rochester Legend office build a custom tailored plan of action to help get the client to where they need to go. After I polish up the plan I bring it to the client, review the recommendations and if they feel comfortable, we start implementing the plan. However it does not stop there, there is constant monitoring and maintenance on my end to help keep the client on track. When life happens we can make changes to accommodate any new junction.
