Mountain Point is focused on helping manufacturers leverage the cloud. We implement data integrations, data management solutions, and CPQ support. CentralApp is a Mountain Point partner that also have experience in Salesforce support and a team of certified Salesforce Developers.

LearningFlow provides elearning and web-based training support for most types of organizations.

As the Director of Learning, I focused on strategic programs that support performance, collaboration, and knowledge management. We supported the employee development lifecycle from onboarding through succession. We developed technology-enabled solutions, elearning courses, and classroom training.

I provided both support and engagement opportunities for Mythology clients through Online Advertising Campaigns, Community Engagement, and Employee Alignment. I also supported all elearning and educational opportunities and the implementation of web 2.0 technologies.

I built and grew an elearning division focused on the creation of a learning management system and development of online training programs during my tenure at IRC.

Coordinate state technology initiatives including secondary level technology integration and telecommunication implementation. Author and revise state technology policies, develop and coordinate department web site, and provide technical assistance throughout West Virginia schools. Chair “Acceptable Use Policy” revision committee, member of Net Day Committee, coordinate “World School Project”, and assist in all federal technology initiatives implemented at the state level.

I developed a Educational Technology course for the Department of Education.
