I form part of the Off Site Release Team (OSRT). A small team, the OSRT provides remote support to OEM's, FSS's and the rest of QR_. This support ranges from core releasing to holiday cover and requires working with various people for a short time in some cases. The ability to build relationships quickly without face-to-face interaction is an integral part of the role.The main project I currently work on is with Recaro Seating releasing into the Ford Mustang and Ford Focus ST.

While at Kia Motors UK I regularly created reports using excel to analyse dealers performance against their objectives. I highlight areas in which the dealers are exceeding objectives and specific areas that the dealers needed to improve so the field managers can discuss these areas with the dealers.I maintained the Kia Motors UK parts price file which has over 100,000 parts within it. This includes monitoring competitive parts through the use of Thatcham and creating parts pricing analysis reports. I created and maintained initial dealer kits to make sure the new dealers have a good selection of the bestselling stock to start them off.I was responsible for completing and creating essential daily and monthly executive reports.I would regularly analyse the Aftersales departments KPI performance against targets. I would respond to any queries from Dealers or other staff.

I worked at SVM Consulting Engineers on placement while still at university.I worked on a variety of projects but mainly got involved in the Natural History Museum and the Museum of London projects.I drew schematic diagrams and also amended and updated drawings that had been previously created. I acquired new computer programs skills, through self-tuition, including one that tested the heat flux level in a room. Also while on placement I took on the role of receptionist, when required, which involved answering telephone calls and money handling.
