My knowledge expanded from financial modeling to thermodynamic modeling for power plants. In 2007, I took on the role as engineering manager overseeing a team of global resources to execute plant performance software projects. In 2011, I transitioned to be a strategic project manager and focus on key customer installations with plant performance and advanced process controls systems. In my most recent role as TPM, I work with customers around the world to provide data analytics on plant performance. The most exciting part of my work is the opportunity to solve customers' problems and become an integral part of their operations. To achieve that, I wear many hats and am comfortable switching from one role to another, whether it is a detailed project manager who scopes out technical requirements and drive the team to fulfill them, a trusted consultant who advises and helps customer build one-of-a-kind solution, or an expert engineer who uses critical thinking skills to solve challenging technical problems.
