Team member Jeff Frumento is the senior AIC certified commercial real estate appraiser heading the Campbell River/North Island Division and team member Coel Palmer specializes in commercial/residential construction analysis for reserve fund planning and real estate appraisals and is currently pursuing his AIC AACI designation.
