As the Regional Manager for I am responsible for the coordination of our team of highly and multi skilled engineers. I am the point of of contact for all of our customers and actively look to establish new business relationships with potential clients. Other duties include recruitment, training, purchasing, bids, invoicing, profit and loss accounts and general management activities.

As the Workshop Services Manager it was my responsible to project manage all activities undertaken in house and to assist with the planning and delivery of Field Service projects when required. In this role I was also in charge of the H&S and Quality, including ISO 9001 Certification.

As Customer service manager it was my job to continually improve and maintain customer satisfaction.I was the point of contact for all customer complaints,comments and technical assistance. In turn I coached my team of 5 Service Advisor's to effectively interact with all customers and vastly improve their BMW service experience..
