Responsible for managing day-to-day operations of Data Services team in Houston, TX and Tulsa OK, for South Central Region of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, comprised of Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. The Data Services team is responsible for all data entry for the region, including donations, registrations, and profile updates received. The team is also responsible for handling customer service requests for participants, team captains, donors, and chapter staff in all aspects of their partnership with the Society. I create/maintain documentation for regional processes as well as train new staff on working in web-based platforms across the region. Assist with audit reporting process at the end of each fiscal year.Accomplishments:*Streamlined acknowledgement and receipting process for the region*Imported five years of event history from a third-party platform into the database of record to retain historical information in a single system*Worked with Data Management Implementation Team to begin work of centralizing data entry across the Society*Worked with Data Standards Work Team to review, update, and create documentation on over 300 data processes used by the Society*Partnered with Application Support team to assist with testing updates to Convio/Luminate, Altair, Remedy, and Business Objects web-based platforms
