UK Northern Regional Lead for Jacob's Project Management services & resources responsible for leading & managing the Jacob's Northern regional teams; management of team / individuals workload; incoming work streams; recruitment, & the growth of the PM Business both for the UK Northern region, and UK wide. Projects & Work activities successfully delivered whilst in this role included;- Management of technical & commercial appraisals, design and construction for a new 6MW city centre CHP /energy infrastructure project for Universiy of Manchester;- Management & delivery of a flagship R&D facility for Warwick Manufacturing Group at University of Warwick;- Development & implementation of an intranet based PM best practice online 'toolkit' to provide guidance & useful PM tools & procedures, and- Bid Lead / Capture Manager on a number of high value work winning / bid exercises.

Key member of the Buro Four Project Services Manchester office senior team and successfully managed and co-ordinated all aspects of construction-related projects across commercial office, Higher Education (University and Government Academies experience), Hotels and Retail sectors. Senior Project Management lead role on all commissions responsible for day-to-day management of project programme, succesful completion and delivery of project work packages, and budgets.

Client side 'Facilities Project Manager' within a regulated industry environment responsible for the successful delivery of technically challenging construction projects. As a Senior Project Manager took full project life cycle responsibility for the successful delivery of office, laboratory, and site / business reorganisation projects across the UK, from initial conception through to completion, across several MBDA and MoD sites in the South of England.
