I have been closing challenging deals done in NYC for 20 years until relocating to Southampton in 2018. integrity, patience and perseverance are what I aspire to be known for. I earned the designation of Certified Negotiation Expert & New York Residential Specialist from the Real Estate Board of New York. When not selling real estate, I am a glass artist who has studied and worked at the Corning Museum of Glass in Corning, New York and in Venice, Italy. My wife and I love our two dogs, and a rather famous African Gray parrot named Franklin (Google “$10,000 parrot). We love to travel and support the non-profit organizations' Musicians On Call and the Mended Hearts Club.I am based in Saunders & Associates' Southampton office and will continue to provide unparalleled service to East End home buyers and sellers.
