Global Head of Innovation for Philips Services & Solution Delivery, with direct line responsibility for a global R&D organization of approximately 400 FTEs delivering vital service capabilities to over 20,000 healthcare facilities around the world.

Services R&D and Programs Leader and Portfolio Manager within the global Philips Services and Solution Delivery organization. My responsibilities include managing a team of senior R&D program and project managers, leading the PMO office, and maintaining oversight on the innovation business processes within the organization (including but not limited to product development, advanced development, and portfolio management processes).

Led multiple front-end innovation projects in clinical decision support, data analytics, image processing, and healthcare informatics. Responsible for ideation, planning and management, scientific communications, external and internal collaboration, with major contributions to new products including DoseWise Portal, Philips Cares, Lung Cancer Orchestrator, and PerformanceBridge.

Developed computational tools to drive clinical uptake of spectroscopy, diffusion, and perfusion imaging for brain tumor therapy and monitoring, as well as the introduction of clinical 3T and research whole-body 7T. (Supervisor: Sarah J. Nelson)
