Previously he was the Chief Human Resources Officer at TV Guide, USA Networks and Barneys NY, a vice president of labor and employee relations at Macys and a partner/co-chair of the employment and labor group of Shanley and Fisher one of the largest law firms in New Jersey. Lee is the former Chair of the International Association of Corporate and Professional Recruiters.
