Casual/Part Time Trainer/Assessor for the following• Arrow Induction• GIQ Coal Surface Induction• Well Site PTW - Rev 3 Holder/Authority/OCR• Arrow PTW• First Aid• Confined Space Entry and Confined Space Rescue• Breathing Apparatus Use• Safe Working At Heights and Heights Rescue/Vertical Rescue• Fire Extinguisher Use• Emergency Warden and Chief Warden• Gas Test Atmospheres• Hazardous Area Awareness• Operate vehicles in the field (4WD)• Fire and Rescue training up to and including Certificate II public safety (fire-fighting operations)Also responsible for managing the Dalby training facility and staff house and developing and managing key relationships in the Surat Basin/Oil and Gas industries.

- Training of all new staff including site inductions and safe operations on and off road (specific site driving requirements)- Regular Review of current staff performance and training reviews if required- Deliver site inductions to all staff- Perform weekly toolbox talks for site based staff- Undertake incident investigation after specific driving complaints, recommend and implement corrective actions to prevent re-occurrence.- Organise training for all staff- Driving/operating cement trucks throughout the Western Downs.
