Appointed as a Work Shop Manager for a Reconnaissance Ground Support Squadron within the Royal Air Force. Responsible for leading technical and maintenance support for over 90 specialist communications and support vehicle platforms worldwide.

Assigned to a busy workshop during a deployment heavy period as a section supervisor often stepping up to lead the section for long periods of time. Lead teams through various exercises and operational deployments.

As a team player, delivered day to day supervision, guidance and mentoring of junior engineers on and off deployments. Often trusted with significant roles and responsibilities.

Responsible for maintaining and repairing multiple vehicle platforms on and off operations.Deployed to Iraq in 2006 for 6months as a key section member, carrying out vehicle maintenance, and patrols.Deployed to Canada on three large scale military exercises as a tracked vehicle driver/commander.
