My main focus is to provide leadership and support to teachers and students in order to enhance the quality of education at Humanitree and ensure students experience life as an ongoing learning journey; fulfilling their potential with the skills and attitudes to make the right choices and becoming compassionate and responsible global citizens. This includes launching a new pathway to University called the Humanitree Diploma, which offers electives such as Fashion Design, Architecture, Hospitality Management and Music Production. I will also lead Humanitree through its IB 5 year evaluation process in 2024/25.Additionally, providing a professional development program for HoDs and teachers around the power of Middle Leadership in the success of a school. Whole School Leadership Position - I was the leader a team of 34 staff members. I grew this area of the school from 40 students per month to over 400 in attendance. Offering over 30 clubs and societies across the three schools (Kinder, Primary and Secondary)I was responsible for the schools first large scale international trip taking 50 students to compete in the United World Games in Austria.
