Growing this section of the school by 25% since taking on the role.Reporting directly to the Academic Director, I am responsible for a team of 36 staff members, including the Wellbeing & Pastoral Coordinator, IB Core Coordinators, University Guidance Counsellor, HoDs and Teachers in the High School area of Humanitree. My main focus is to provide leadership and support to teachers and students in order to enhance the quality of education at Humanitree and ensure students experience life as an ongoing learning journey; fulfilling their potential with the skills and attitudes to make the right choices and becoming compassionate and responsible global citizens. This includes launching a new pathway to University called the Humanitree Diploma, which offers electives such as Fashion Design, Architecture, Hospitality Management and Music Production. I will also lead Humanitree through its IB 5 year evaluation process in 2024/25.Additionally, providing a professional development program for HoDs and teachers around the power of Middle Leadership in the success of a school. My role is critical in ensuring that all students receive a high-quality education that prepares them for success in the 21st century. Show less
