Oversaw the planning and use of a $3.7M annually budget to ensure funds were allocated to resources for sustaining the office and off-site facilities. Monitor staff performance and introduce professional development trainings to help employees reach their maximum potential. Serve as the Chair of the Chattanooga association New Branch Committee.
