Oversaw the planning and use of a $3.7M annually budget to ensure funds were allocated to resources for sustaining the office and off-site facilities. Identify operational risks and adjust strategic plans to retain profitability. Coordinate fundraising efforts for the successful collection of campaign contributions. Monitor staff performance and introduce professional development trainings to help employees reach their maximum potential. Serve as the Chair of the Chattanooga association New Branch Committee. Lead area response teams to support emergencies and natural disasters such as running a Tornado Response Center.Key Achievements: ■ Grew the branch’s budget by $550K and overall membership by 9% in three years. ■ Exceeded Community Support campaign goal five straight years with over $85,000 raised in 2021. ■ Developed staff in a matter that led to 7 promotions from my branch.

Led the development and execution of strategic financial and business plans designed to increase the availability and growth of YMCA services. Identified grant opportunities and wrote winning proposals to acquire funding that supported program activities. Directed large-scale facility renovations to maintain optimal safety of buildings. Set project scopes, delegated assignments, and monitored staff performance, making adjustments to work plans as needed so deliverables were met on time and within budget. Forged strong partnerships with local churches and businesses to expand the overall reach of program services throughout the community. Collaborated with board members and community leaders to spearhead the largest capital campaign in the Y’s history. Co-founded a local health initiative which helped McMinn County become recognized as a Healthier Tennessee Community.
