I'm not looking to figure out the algorithm, change it, or even care about it. I focus on people. Because at the end of the day, that's who matters. Algorithms learn from us, not the other way around. And, since I focus on others over myself, here are a few key takeaways about me.#1. I've worked with companies from IBM to small authority-style businesses. I love to watch businesses grow and see them flourish. If you're coming to me, I will treat your business as my own and think about it all the time. There have been many clients receiving texts, or emails, about how they can grow and implement a new strategy. #2. If we work together, I won't sugarcoat my thoughts because your business doesn't grow with kid gloves. It requires being truthful and stern so we can get your business moving in the proper direction. It may sound harsh, but I'd rather be angry with something that was said over not having any business.#3. If I recommend something, I will put my entire weight behind it (and I'm a big guy). I believe in others helping others. Like the old saying, a rising tide raises all ships.
