Responsible for international customer deliveries of (telecom) infrastructure orders and projects to large international corporate customers.- Primary customer contact, responsible for daily communication (usually in English) with customer, internal parties and third parties throughout the delivery process.- Planning and forecasting of the various deliveries.- Managing and monitoring activities of local teams for the realisation of customer projects.- Purchasing/ordering from third parties of local tails, Dark fibres and X-connects, if required.- Coordinate testing and activation/migration if required.- Ensure correct data of order/order status in systems.- 1st level escalation management

Responsible for global operational procurement of (local) data connections, Backbone capacity and peripherals- Vendor management, escalations, renewals, negotiations (pro- and post sales) and projects .- Responsible for KPN sea-cable assets (Financial and operational).- Representation of KPN in (among others) Management Committees of various international sea cable consortia- Responsible for pricing of international customer requests- From 2012 - 2017: Responsible for knowledge building, problem solving and guidance/controlling of day to day operations of the procurement team in Manila

- Responsible for preparing and controlling of the annual plan maintenance and restoration costs sea cables.- Responsible for charging various costs to carriers with a participation in sea cables- Representing KPN in various sub-committees of sea cable consortia and in various joint ventures regarding repair and maintenance of sea cables- Responsible for up to date contract and co-ownership sea cable administration

Responsible for building POPs in various European locations- Contract negotiations with landlords in various European cities- Participation in various international projects, equipment planning- Responsible for realising extensions in NL and abroad, incl. monitoring and reporting project budget- Responsible for analysis, monitoring and reporting of investment and exploitation budget of all construction projects amounting to approx. 20 M Euro yearly
