I was responsible for leading the strategy and planning processes, financial performance management, board, shareholder and executive reporting and analysis, commercial decision support, financial control, shared services, M&A and transformation initiatives.I am particularly proud of my role in the company transformation; resetting strategy, increasing investment, improving processes, reducing costs, and restructuring teams to drive market share and revenue growth, substantial cost savings and improvement in working capital.Additional Achievements:- Re-designed the finance team structure and service model, resulting in a ~50% cost reduction through improved processes, systems, automation, and governance.- Drove growth and diversification through lead of due diligence and subsequent integration of Australia’s largest strategic M&A deals in Spirits and Craft Beer.- Improved financial control environment, uplifted balance sheet governance adherence & quality by 30%.- Scored in the top quartile for people engagement scores through mentoring and developing talent, succession planning, capability and connection and achieved team diversity targets

I was responsible for development of annual and 3-year strategic and financial customer and brand plans, financial performance management, monthly processes, pricing and revenue growth management, demand forecasting, financial governance and marketing insights. Team leadership of ~30 people, reporting to CFO/Finance Director.I was focused on driving value through commercial partnering across trading terms, on-premise beer right investment, sponsorships, innovation business cases, partnership agreements and marketing ROI.Key Achievements:- Stepped-in to lead the Financial Recovery Crisis team to enable continued sales and delivery during a cyber-attack, resulting in +$50m invoiced manually with <1% error rate.- Led Finance through a large-scale technology change project implementing a new ERP, SAP 4 Hana, which required a new chart of accounts, Month End Fast Close from 5 to 3 days, new reporting tool (Business Objects) and 10% cost out.- Key member of deal team leading transformation into new revenue streams: secured distribution/manufacturing for White Claw, #1 in USA/Australia

Partnered the CIO and Transformation Director in delivering the organisation's technology and digital strategy. I was responsible for the financial strategy, planning and governance, including business case, contracting with external advisors and benefits identification and tracking. Led team of ~10 people, reported to Group Transformation Director.Key Achievements:- Delivered large digital transformation program (SAP4Hana) within the approved timeline and under budget in partnership with the Transformation Director.- Developed business case and partnered with CIO for Lion’s first outsourcing strategy and implementation to India (Accenture), realising savings- Championed capital avoidance through successful implementation of AWS Cloud migration, securing funding for cloud, digital and cyber as a key member of the IT Leadership team.

In this role, I partnered the Group CEO, CFO and Executive Leadership team across long term and short term financial and strategic planning, Board, shareholder and management reporting, P&L management and external audit process. Leading a team of 10 and reporting to the Group Finance Director.A highlight was establishing a new capital allocation framework and governance structure, a key strategic initiative for the business enabling improved ROIC and working capital.
