Responsibilities included gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and mapping HR practices with SAP R/3 functionality. Configured key data structures, managed data collection, extraction, validation, and upload activities. Developed and executed rigorous testing procedures to ensure smooth implementation. Provided knowledge transfer sessions to end users, ensuring seamless transition and adoption.
