AAC Global is the leading Nordic language and globalization services company, now part of Sanoma Corporation. My role in the board was to advise on productizing technology and services to new concepts and developing the KAM organization.

My task as business unit manager was to lead my sales team to success with the large corporate customers and develop the enterprise partner channel. Hot topics at the time were creating the Select and Enterprise Agreement licensing models and developing the combination of licenses, support and consultancy services - together with partners.

Programatic was merged to Programator and then to Cap Gemini to form Cap Programator. I was leading a team of consultants, developing consultancy services and running consultancy projects for large industrial and engineering organizations, like IVO, Neste, Outokumpu, Valmet Paperikoneet, Nordberg group (Metso), Oras, Haka. Projects covering IT strategies.

Grapple Engineering was a consultancy company specialized in CAD systems, owned by Pöyry and Programatic. We helped industrial and engineering organizations to choose and use CAD systems. Grapple Engineering was merged in Programatic.

The task of PEN (Pöyry & Nokia) was to develop a new CAD system for engineering solutions. My responsibility was the subproject that linked PEN CAD system dynamically with Oracle database. 1987 PEN was transformed to Grapple Engineering.

Insinööritoimisto Kupari (Erkki Kupari Consulting Oy) was the largest electricity planning company in Finland. We were the forerunners of using CAD for building design with our impressive Intergraph equipment. The company was later merged in Pöyry. I transferred inside the group to PEN.

Sassicon was an engineering company designing HVAC systems for high-profile building projects and doing development work for "new energy", like solar energy houses. Working as the IT department of the company at that time was exiting: creating simulation programs and technical calculation programs from scratch.
